Task fails with FileUploadMiscError

I have an Azure batch task that executes a custom application I've added as an application package. It's a single exe, but every time the task fails with the following error:

Error loading Python DLL 'C:\batch\bin\python38.dll'.
LoadLibrary: Not enough memory resources are available to process this command.

I have no idea why a Python DLL is causing problems, and if I RDP to the node it's not even close to running out of memory.

Based on the error shared the VM has ran out of memory preventing the upload.
Have you tried making sure to rule out this and if yes how?

Hi thank you for your response.

The VM has 16 Gb of memory and has never been nowhere near of running out of memory. I'm working with a simulationprogram that generates small text files.

And what puzzles me is that the file it's complaining over "C:\batch\bin\python38.dll" is not a file I'm uploading or downloading. Actually I'm not using anything Python related.

Firstly, apologies for the delay in responding here and any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
This issue needs deeper investigation. Support team will be able to check and help on this. I would recommend you to open a azure support case.

We have the same issue. Restarting the node does not help. Recreating the Azure batch pool does help, but the next day the issue is back. Did anyone investigate?
