Unable to open Sandbox in Azure Fundamentals

Hi,
I've been trying for a few days to open the sandbox on the Azure fundamentals course - (Azure Fundamentals: Describe Azure architecture and services: Describe the core architectural components of Azure (unit 4 of 9) The course seems to activate the sandbox successfully, but it just cycles back to the 'sign in with your account' message. I've seen a few similar issues reported here but those seem to have resolved after a day or two. I have waited and retried for a few days now but unfortunately still getting the same issue.
Any help would be appreciated.

The Azure Clould Shell is stuck requesting sign in on learn.microsoft.com. What should I do?
It appears that this issue impacted two people and auto resolved within 4 days. While we were not able to determine the cause for this issue without specific environment information, we can help troubleshoot this for anyone who may run into this issue. Please reach out to us here on the forums and provide the following information to help with troubleshooting:
- The type of account being used and whether or not using a different account resolves the issue.
- Name of the module where the error occurred.
- Screenshot of the error.
- User Data such as the Name/Email Address used (please ask us to message you privately so that you are not sharing this information publicly).
- Confirm that everything else is working except for the Azure Cloud Shell environment.

The issue is cropping up on Azure Fundamentals: Describe Azure architecture and services: Describe the core architectural components of Azure (unit 4 of 9) - But I've tried a couple of other locations where the sandbox environment is used on the same course and I'm having the same issue. I've attached a screen shot. I can click on the login to account button and having selected my account it attempts to login but then just returns to the same page with the login option. Everything else appears to be working other than the shell environment.

Thanks for the suggestion. I've just tried incognito mode and unfortunately get the same result with the sandbox repeatedly asking for a login.

2022-11-14T11:53:14.1+00:00 Hi I am experiencing exactly the same issue. The learning script goes through the motions of creating sandbox and storage etc. and then bounces you back to the login screen on the right-hand side of the Window. I tried incognito mode as suggested above, it asks if I want to deactivate my existing sandbox which I said yes to, goes through creating a new one and then back to the login screen.
I started this last Thursday and first saw the issue. no change this morning.

Some more additional details that might help us since we are unable to reproduce the issue would be a HAR file or any kind of network traces so that we can observe what is happening when the Cloudshell authentication is hung. Is this something you can filter and capture and send it to us as well? Please let us know. Thanks!

This is the site I was on when it looped through signing in over and over after it asked for the permissions to be setup of my main account.Please reference: Picture1.png
Used a different account. Used authenticator to get logged in with that account.
Now I see I need to enter a phone number to verify who I am.
I enter my number. I’m being asked my permissions again.
Using the other account did work.Please reference: Picture2.png
I had to reload this page in order for my comment or attachments to be submitted. It appears I can add the screen shots and hope the submit button will also work this time.

- I'm using a corporate office365 account
- The module is "Exercise - Explore the Learn sandbox" in the "Azure Fundamentals: Describe Azure architecture and services" learning path
- I have the same issue in the above screenshot:
- Message me for this information
- I have not had any issues with any other parts of Microsoft learn
- I can share the HAR file privately since this forum does not allow me to upload it

It's been a while since there was any update on this. Tried it again today (after a long break) and still having the same issues with being stuck in a loop asking me to login to the sandbox. I sent through the HAR files in late November. Is there any progress to report?

I'm having the same issue with the same module as the OP, Azure Fundamentals: Describe Azure architecture and services/Describe the core architectural components of Azure, Unit 4 Exercise Explore the Learn Sandbox.
I login with my 365 details as requested, the left side of the screen indicates that the sandbox has been activated, but the right side of the screen returns to the sign in request.

2022-12-30T21:11:10.687+00:00 I have the same exact issue..just keeps cycling back to the loging screen. I even created a different account, but then got sent somewhere totally outside the curriculum. Please advise.
