How do I get the date and time of the label of a pin in Azure IOT Central maps not be displayed in "freedom format" mm/dd/yy hh:mm:ss

Could you please provide more information on what Date Time format you are looking for? or
Do you want to completely hide the Date Time from maps?

Having the date on the map is useful but currently it is in MM/dd/yyyyy which is "unique" to the USA.

Being able to manually select the users locale or have the application determine this info up from the browser so date/time values are formatted correctly would be great.

@QuantumCache This doesn't look like an Azure Maps specific issue, but related to how IoT Central has implemented Azure Maps and decided to display information in the popup. I'm not certain how they are formatting the date as a string behind the scenes, but suspect that using the Date objects toLocaleString function may address the issue.

Hello @BrynLewis-7812, The timestamp should render based on the localization setting. May I know what is the country in your scenario. I hope its NZ, right?

Hello @BrynLewis-7812,

Microsoft's Product Team has released an update to address this [Product-Question].

The location tile will take the user's language selection of the app and format the date accordingly.

The release ETA is somewhere near the mid or end of next week.
