migrate my azure VMs resources to another subscription

Hello,

I need to migrate my azure VMs resources to another subscription and I still have the problem of dependencies requirement can you please help me to check the prerequisites to migrate some vms to another subscription ,

    you can download all of your resources and then upload them into newer one, but this size may vary around 200GB
