Whenever I receive an email in a specific folder in outlook I would like a new row to be added in an excel file. Date and time in column a and subject field in column b. Is that possible? And how? Thanks.

    Hi @Claus Nilsson ,

    Welcome to our forum!

As i know, there's no such a build-in feature in Outlook to achieve your requirement. But based on my research, i found a thread mention a similar issue as yours, which introduces that it can be done by Power Automate: Extract email data to excel file.

    Hope to help you!
