In a team channel why does an excel spreadsheet duplicate and add on my device name at the end of the file?

I was working on an excel spreadsheet and some how made a copy and my laptop name was added onto the end of the file name.

Does this issue occur with all Excel workbooks stored in this team channel?
To narrow down, could you please store it on OneDrive directly instead of team channel? If it is a shared file, then you can share it, and then please edit this file to check this issue.
- If the issue is not reproduced, I would suggest you add the tag of "Teams" for futher help. Such as checking the permission you have in this channel.
- If the issue still occurs after store on another location, it's recommended to check whether this issue occur with other people who can access this file? You can also go to Excel > File > Info > Make sure the file is not protected, for example: Alway Open Read-Only.
