Hi team,

We've an issue with a MacBook Pro 14 when we trying enroll it again under Intune. After downloading the profile and try install it, the follow error shows "Could not obtain the final profile using the Encrypted Profile Service. The credentials within your profile may have expired. Before this happen, the device was enrolled but a few days ago the user wasn't able to loggin OneDrive and sync their folder so we proceed to check the device status in Azure and then re-register the device but this isn't possible since then. Is there something else that we can do from the device?

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

    1,Deleted all the credentials related to your work or school account, uninstall Company Portal, and then try again.

    2,Delete the MacBook Pro 14 device from Azure and Intune portal, then try to enroll it again.
