refers to "Azure PCI DSS Responsibility Matrix" but the link is broken and I can't find any other references to this doc. Would you be able to point me to the doc if it exists at all?
I understand there's PCI blueprint in Azure now and we are using it but we also need to have the matrix outlining Azure and our responsibilities for PCI compliance.

    Yes, there is a PCI blueprint in Azure. You can find more info in this doc: Control mapping of the PCI-DSS v3.2.1 blueprint sample
    You can find the link to the doc you are looking for at the bottom of this page.
