Handwriting (old) converted to digital text (mostly correct) ????

Question

I'm trying to get some handwritten letters and stuff from 16-17-1800-years converted to text in Word.

I have Windows 10 fully updated and MS Office365 Home fully updates too in DANISH versions.

When I search the internet it SEEMS to be posible to do, but the guides out there seems to be for some elder versions or just misleading by design - in fact I have not yet managed to convert something.

I have the original handwritten text in PDF- or JPG-files and it would be nice just to open them in Word in a special way to covert them to digital text.

Maybe a solution on Androide Phone to take a picture of the handwritten text and then store it in a file readable in Word.

How can it be done ?

The easiest way to achieve this is using 3rd party tools, for example: PDFelement. You can find a lot of scanner tools like this by Google. The process of converting handwriting to text needs to perform OCR (Optical Character Recognition) tool that can scan handwriting into editable text.
