- Do we need to raise SLA credit refund request if Azure breaches its SLA for an service? I believe Microsoft would be doing it and there is no need to raise request and ask for refund.
- If Azure breaches its SLA for a service, Microsoft will automatically issue SLA credits to eligible customers. You do not need to raise a request or ask for a refund. The SLA credits will be automatically applied to your account.
- If we have configured alerts for Service Health, we can have those alerts generating tickets into our ticketing tool SNOW ?
- Yes, you can configure alerts for Service Health in Azure and have those alerts generate tickets in your ticketing tool, such as SNOW. You can use Azure Monitor to create alerts based on Service Health events and configure the alert to send an email or create a ticket in your ticketing tool.
