How do I know if I have one of these offending devices that is being sunsetted?

I am not well versed in this but do enjoy the remote server.
I have a couple of older devices that I pay for and cant get help to remove.
I dont know if I have an iaas virtual machine and can not find help.
I am at a complete loss and cant find help to know what i have or how to fix my subcription.
can some one please tell me how to get subscription help? I have click multiple links with no joy.

I will then take your Azure subscription ID to review what products you are using and if any of them have recently received notification of being sunsetted.
