    Hi Ahmed Essam,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

1,Tenant attach and Co-management are two of the three primary cloud attach feature (the third one is Endpoint analytics). A Configuration Manager environment is considered cloud attached when it uses at least one of the three primary cloud attach features. Cloud attach allows you to transform your existing environment without having to worry about much disruption or risk.

2,Tenant attach provides immediate value by having your device records in the cloud and being able to take actions on these devices from the cloud-based console. You can get real-time data from Configuration Manager clients including clients connected from the internet. In addition to device actions, Tenant attach allows you to manage endpoint security for the attached devices from Intune admin center for both Windows Servers and Client devices along with reports on Antivirus status and detected malware.

3,Co-management transforms your on-premises Configuration Manager environment without having to go through a large migration effort. Co-management helps simplify device management by giving you the ability to manage workloads from the cloud.

Thanks for your time. Have a nice day!

With tenant attach you can do subset of stuff that you could do from a configuration manager console, but from from Intune's website, where your devices start to get visible. You can do limited number of things, listed here, and also you can see identical text by completely different link and with different menu items here. This was made specially for confusion, as well as naming of all those things. You configure tenant attach from the same place where you configure Cloud attach (formerly known as Co-management, which has been renamed to inflict confusion), but you don't select all the options and finally don't get all the Intune's perks, like a Company portal, autopilot, and smooth transitioning to Intune eventually via gradual transitions of workloads ( name for subset of actions that can be performed both by intune and Configuration Manager)
