I updated my windows to win11 last month and it goes to the windows insider program automatically. However, some conflicts between the insider program and my virtual system occurs currently.

I would like to leave the windows insider program now. But when I log in my account and it is shown that 'This email address is not registered as a Windows Insider'.

Edition Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview

Version 22H2

OS build 23516.1000

Is there any solution for this? I cannot afford reinstall my computer since there are bunch of work and data in my virtual system.

    Hello Jialiang,

If this was within 10 days of the update, you could have use the "go back to previous version of Windows" feature to undo it, but it appears to be too late for this option.

You can use the method in the tutorial below to stop getting Insider builds, and continue getting updates when the public builds catch up. Otherwise, you would need to do a clean install of Windows 11.
