Do we provide support moving of the EA to MACC/ MCA via unified tickets?

If yes What is the category or product customer need to select while raising ticket?

    Hi @Subhash Vishwakarma

    You can refer to Set up billing for Microsoft Customer Agreement - Azure - Microsoft Cost Management | Microsoft Learn for details but to migrate from EA to MCA, you can complete the following steps:

    1. Have the customer accept the new MCA
    2. Setup the new billing account that's created for the accepted MCA
    3. Transition the billing of Azure subscriptions from the EA to the new MCA

    As far as if this is covered by a Unified support plan, I don't see why it wouldn't be but I would advise reaching out the CSAM on the account.
