Default "Minimum TLS" is Azure Cache for Redis

Hi, we have an Azure Cache for Redis resource in our Azure subscription and, within Advanced Settings in the Azure Portal, the Minimum TLS version is set as "Default". Given the dropdown list only allows TLS1.0, TLS1.1 and TLS1.2 would someone be able to advise what a value of "Default" actually means please? Thanks!

    When you select "default," it signifies your intention to follow the version recommended by Azure Cache for Redis. Currently, this "default" setting equates to TLS 1.2, as it has served as the standard for the past 2-3 years.

    This is a good callout, we will update our docs and try to make it more clear on the portal that "default" is TLS 1.2 currently

    Thanks for the details.

    Can you please confirm whether the TLS version upgrade from 1.1 to 1.2 cause any application unavailability or downtime required?
