By my experience, here are some steps you can take to resolve it:
- Check Managed Add-Ins: First, verify if the “My Templates” add-in is listed in the managed add-ins. You can do this by going to the Exchange admin center and navigating to Organization > Add-ins. Ensure that the add-in is visible there.
- Admin Center Settings: In the admin center, go to Settings > Integrated apps page. Select the deployed add-in (in this case, “My Templates”). Check Who has Access.
- Service Health Dashboard: Check the Service Health dashboard via the Microsoft 365 admin portal. Look for any relevant incidents under investigation that might be affecting the availability of add-ins.
- Global Admin Privileges: Ensure that you are a global admin of your tenant. If you are, check if other admins in your organization are also experiencing this issue. Check your M365 license if it is expired.
