I'm trying to add US Core Server to the Instantiates of the Capability Statement and I'm unable to do it by adding US core profiles using the POST StructureDefinition API call. Currently I'm stuck when I want to run my current setup for the inferno testing framework. Please help me in solving this issue.

@MG Thanks for your patience! Full Inferno testing for the g(10) test suite involves quite a bit of configuration and deployment of additional Azure resources. Could you please confirm if you need to pass g(10) testing? or only need US Core?

If you have trouble in uploading the US Core implementation Guide, then one of our team members has built an Open-Source tool which can simplify uploading US Core: brianpos/UploadFIG: Demonstration commandline project to upload a FHIR implementation guide to a FHIR server (github.com)

If the desire is to pass the entire g(10) Inferno test suite, sample resources, and instructions are documented there: azure-health-data-and-ai-samples/samples/patientandpopulationservices-smartonfhir-oncg10 at main · Azure-Samples/azure-health-data-and-ai-samples (github.com),

let me know incase of further queries, I would be happy to assist you.
