I've not experienced that issue today. Consider restarting your phone. It might be a network issue on your end.

Based on your description, there are a few possible solutions that you can try:
- Make sure that your Authenticator app is up to date and that you have added your account to the app.
- Go to this link and select Manage Log In Verification Methods under Security and Information. Remove Microsoft Authenticator as a selection and then add it again. Alternatively, you might try disabling MFA and then enabling it again.
- Go to this link and click on Add sign-in method. Select Authenticator App, click Add, then Next. Scan the QR code or enter the code manually with your Authenticator app. Click Next and follow the instructions to enter the provided number in the app.
