Hello, Welcome to Microsoft Q&A,
In your scenario, each HoloLens device has a unique perspective of the environment, resulting in distinct spatial anchors and coordinate systems. Consequently, objects appear in different physical locations from each user’s viewpoint. The movement and rotation of these objects are separately synchronized across all users’ views according to their individual origins.
For a better understanding of coordinate system and spatial anchor, you can refer to the following links - Coordinate systems - Mixed Reality | Microsoft Learn and Spatial anchors - Mixed Reality | Microsoft Learn.
To make holograms appear in the same place for all users, you can use the Azure Spatial Anchors to share anchors to align coordinates across multiple devices in a common local space.
