How to remove the prefix + in the phone number

Hi,
I am setting up teams phone for a customer in Thailand and the local thai number pattern is 012345678 or 0123456789 but when i save a phone number for a user in the teams it is adding + in front of the number as the screenshot below.
how do i get rid of this +? (i understand MS recommends to use E.164 format so it would make sense to have that + sign followed by countrycode, areacode, number but Thailand does not follow E.164 pattern in general) Any suggestions? Regards, Adnan. Regards,

2024-01-25T01:04:24.6266667+00:00 So since MS puts the + in front of my phone number and when a PSTN calls to Teams user DID the call is not getting completed. It fails with 404 Not found.
