I have Purchased an Office 365 E3 plan from a Reseller for a price who mailed me the standard username (not customized to my name) and auto-generated password to my personal mail address. I logged in and asked me to change the password and I changed accordingly. In my account, I couldn't make any changes except verified Phone number and change of Password. and when I attempt to change my account details It says to contact IT Personnel or Admin of my organisation. I couldn't even figure out who the admin of the organization is. I contacted the reseller and he replied that he did not have the permission to access any OneDrive account and even is unable to reset the password.
I am still confused after all these happened, Whether the admin of the organization where I am just a user will be able to access my personal files and documents which are very confidential to myself.
Kindly give me the solution to my issue and instruct me the better way which I can safeguard my personal documents.
