Based on the below document we have requested private access in Azure search and got approved. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-services/openai/how-to/use-your-data-securely#configure-azure-ai-search We have created new private endpoints and added the access control as mentioned in the document . But still we are getting below error while configuring the data from Azure blob storage to azure open ai using 'add your data' Below is the exception we are getting, but we have created end points in all 3 services. Public access is disabled. Please configure private endpoint. Status: 403 (Forbidden) ErrorCode: 403 Content: {"error":{"code":"403","message": "Public access is disabled. Please configure private endpoint."}}

    @lakshmi , Thanks for posting this question.

    Based on my understanding of your description, if you haven’t done this already so, kindly check if it’s due to firewall config. Kindly configure an inbound rule for the IP address of your search service and the IP address range of AzureCognitiveSearch service tag
    /Azure Storage #grant-access-from-an-internet-ip-range

    Ref: Indexer troubleshooting guidance for Azure AI Search #firewall-rules - IP address range restrictions only work if your search service and your storage account are in different regions. Kindly let us know, I'll follow-up with you further.
