When I view the "Scale - Pricing Tier" option on my Analysis Services instance, I don't get any options. And it doesn't matter if I change from "Recommended" to "View all", still no pricing tier options appear. Anyone else having this issue?

Same issue, doesn't matter which browser, or how many times I log out and log back in. I can scale thru other method. But would like for this to be fixed. Thank you.

client was getting the same so I checked mine and also cannot see the Pricing Tier in the service. In addition, the B sku could not be refreshed from the Azure portal, msg had to scale to S0. Powershell worked scaling up from B1 to S0 and then with S0 refreshed. SSMS did refresh B shu, but me thinks we have a code correction here to make.

As of today when I tried to perform this action using the updated url - even that is not working now.

@Brent Leslie - Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
As per the repro from our end, we are able to scale down from S1 tier to S0 using Pricing Tier (Scale QPUs) option from Azure Portal.

You can use Azure PowerShell to scale your Azure Analysis service instances as shown below:
In case, if you are unable do, please do share the below details to investigate further.
