Every time I start my laptop I get this tile Store - Your free trial is over. Get the App...what app? The option Copy to clipboard does nothing.

Seems questionable to me. Have you scanned your system for viruses and malware?

Go to Programs & Features and look for an app that shouldn't be there or that is called 'Store'. Alternatively go to the MS Store app on your machine and go to the section where it shows you what programs you have installed and see if there is anything that stands out there.

Since you say this happens when you start your machine I'm going to guess it is an app that auto-starts. Look in your startup group to see if there is anything in there. Alternatively download and run Autoruns as an admin to see what is starting up automatically. Not sure if store apps show up in there.

If this is a relatively new machine then it could be apps that are installed by the OEM. This could include McAfee or other anti-virus software, Office store apps, media software, etc.
