@Jaeson Thanks for reaching out to us. Let me clarify your question one by one, please check on below and let me know if you have any questions.
You may find most of the answers in this document - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/legal/cognitive-services/content-safety/data-privacy?context=%2Fazure%2Fai-services%2Fcontent-safety%2Fcontext%2Fcontext#is-customer-data-used-to-train-the-azure-ai-content-safety-models
1 Does my data go into azure for training again?
No, we do not use customer data to train, retrain or improve the models in Azure AI Content Safety.
2 Will my data be reviewed by any human?
No, there is no human review process.
3 Will my data go to the region I built my resource data center?
Yes, Microsoft hosts the Azure AI Content Safety models within our Azure infrastructure. All customer data sent to Azure AI Content Safety remains within Azure AI Content Safety and in the region you chose and will not be transmitted to other regions.
4 Will my data be store in azure?
No input texts or images are stored in the model during detection (except for customer-supplied blocklists, as discussed below), and user inputs are not used to train, retrain, or improve the Azure AI Content Safety models.
I hope this helps, please let me know if you still have questions regarding to any of above items.
Regards, Yutong
