Micosoft Authenticator not working. Unable to login as administrator

Hi. I have a big problem. I was going to login to my company's administrator account. My microsoft authenticator started failing and not sending the code. I tried deleting the account and reinstalled it as someone recommented on the Internet. Now I cannot recreate the account since it asks for the code. I can't login to the administrator page to delete the device and cannot even contact support because it requires a login. How can I contact Microsoft's technical support? Is there any other solution? Thank you!

In this kind of issue if you don't have a break Glass account unfortunately there is no solution from your side to do ,you must ask the help of microsoft support to unlock the situation:
