ESU in ARC Error for 50% of my servers in ARC when trying to do Periodic assessment.

The guides haven't helped,

I have checked registry for wsus entry. that relates to HRESULT: 0x8024402F. this is different on many servers some have it some don't but equally ones that don't have it update in with Azure update manager through Arc.

I have both Microsoft.CPlat.Core.WindowsPatchExtension  Microsoft.SoftwareUpdateManagement.WindowsOsUpdateExtension. extensions on the server.

I have checked other servers in this group and one succeeds and this above is what comes on that's different in the logs compared to my working server.

Any help is appreciated, every forum entry I have been on has no answers that work.
