I am stack in a continuous loop Amber flashing white, the device is blinking from White to Off to Amber to Off in loop, and cant connect. i use a second device with the same cables and setup and works fine. I also try Factory Reset.
I understand that you are using same cables with the other device and works fine.
From the documentation, Amber Flashing white means that Firmware update or recovery in progress.
Please check the page on USB3 host controller compatibility. Always make sure that you have the latest firmware installed on the device.
To get the latest firmware version, use the Azure Kinect Firmware Tool.
