Not able to add new records after power apps formatting using sharepoint onlie ( office 365 )

using office 365 ( Sharepoint online )

i have tried to customize format using power App.

Problem:

after formatting using power BI , as i publish to sharepoint then it comes to read-only mode in Sharepoint .i mean ,
i am not able to add new record after formatting . ( below snap for reference )

if i remove power formatting (using list setting --> form setting --> use default Sharepoint form then it works well

Solution Required : How can i add new records after formatting using power app as i am able to add new records without formatting.
