How do I find the method calling Entity Framework that led to an exception

I believe this call is coming from the ASP.NET Identity Library. However, it may be coming from my Blazor code. The below is the entire exception written to the log.

  1. How do I find out what method (Identity library or my Blazor code) is calling this?
  2. How do I avoid the timeout? This should be a very fast query so I don't see how it can timeout. And I have cases of it happening again 25 seconds later - even if the DB was asleep for the first query, it should be awake for the second.

its probably an async task, so the stack trace is only the thread stack. The error is connection closed, so either your code is improperly disposing DBContext, or the database forcing the connection closed, say via kill spid.
