Bot Framework Direct Channel Webchat 502 Error

I am encountering a 502 (Bad Gateway) error on my bot channel when trying to make a POST request to https://directline.botframework.com/v3/directline/conversations/... /activities. The error seems to be intermittent. Can someone assist me with resolving this issue?
