Which outbound IP address is used from the list provided by Azure Container Apps?

It seems that Azure Container Apps has a list of outbound IP addresses. Which specific IP address from the list would be used?

The IP used is dynamically selected from the outbound IP addresses list, hence it can use any IP from the list.
