Hello Sourav , Welcome to microsoft Q&A, thankyou for posting your query here. AVD does not support nested virtualization, which is required for Hyper-V. Using an Azure VM to run Docker is a feasible Choose a VM size that supports nested virtualization i.e, Dv3, Ev3 series. Hope this helps you.

u can even use docker desktop for the feature so that it can come inside a hyper V as a VM However u will not have visibility to the VM however all the tasks can be performed. https://docs.docker.com/desktop/install/windows-install/

I agree that AVD does not support Nested virtualization
