Hi Team,

I am currently implementing IPv6 in my infra.

As per IPsec tunnel we need public ip address at peer side to establish tunnel.

In azure when I am trying to create virtual nat gateway, it not allowing to create with IPv6.

I tried with power shell, which help me create virtual network gateway, but public ipv6 was not associated to it.

can anyone help me setup site to site vpn ipv6 tunnel between azure and on-prem?

    @Amol Takale

    Thank you for reaching out.

    I understand you are trying to implement IPv6 connectivity between Azure and on-premises using Azure VPN Gateway.

    I think you are hitting a limitation here as VPN gateways currently support IPv4 traffic only. This is currently documented here.

    I understand you were able to deploy a VPN Gateway in dual stack VNET using PowerShell but IPv6 traffic is not supported on VPN Gateway.

    It will help if you could upvote this feature request for this ask.

    Please let me know if you have any question. Thank you!
