    Hi,

    Did this problem only appear with Visio images?

    How did you insert the Visio images?

    I suggest you go to Word- Preferences- View and make sure you're in Print Layout View.

    Also, ensure that the Drawings option is checked in the preferences.

    Visio is not supported on the Mac. Instead of embedding a Visio file, export a graphic from Visio, then place that in Word. It will look a lot better. Here's Microsoft's page on exporting graphics from Visio:
