How to fix "Download ARMv2 feeds failed"

One user is having trouble logging into a shared virtual desktop using a WYSE thin client. She gets the error message "[Azure] Download ARMv2 feeds failed" in the WYSE client event log after authenticating with MFA. No other users have this issue, and all group memberships and policies have been checked. We tested known good thin clients, but the problem persists. When monitoring the login process, we discovered that the problem account does not authenticate to the storage resource, while all others do. However, the user is able to log in via an incognito browser session. Can someone please help me resolve this issue?

To troubleshoot this please validate, that the device has proper network connection and no ports are blocked/intercepted.

Yes all network connectivity checks out. User permissions through group membership has been validated.

The user can actually login via the browser client from a laptop, just not from the thin client
