Azure Sponsorship Subscription Disabled and can not create support ticket

Yesterday I received an email about suspicious account activity and my subscription is disabled wihtout waiting to respond. I follow the links in the mail but It is impossible to create a support request since subscription is disabled. I can not move further all my resources locked. any ideas how to proceed?

    You can raise a ticket under billing category. Under this you dont have to hold any valid subscription for creating a support ticket.

    You can reach out Azure billing and subscription management team by creating a billing support request. Billing support request via Azure portal is free for all Azure customers and doesn't require a paid support plan. Please select 'Billing' under 'issue type' while creating the support request.
