are the Azure OpenAI LLMs HiTRUST-CSF certified?

Hello,
Googling around it appears that the Azure OpenAI LLMs available are not HiTRUST-CSF certified as of now.
This means Azure customers would not be able to use, for example, ChatGPT with many types of US healthcare data in production.
Is this correct?
