Hi All. Current setup in onprem ( Internet-> Domain name->OnpremFW -> NLB -> ARR -> Webserver(VM) -> DB)

And in Azure (Internet-> Domain name -> AppGW ->Webserver(VM)->DB)

Data is replicated from on-premises webserver to Azure webserver. We created a dummy domain name, used it in AppGW, and tested the application in parallel; it works well in Azure.

is it possible to share Pre, Cutover, Post checklist for migrating an on-premises web application to Azure.
