    Hi Andrei Claudiu Retegan,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

It sounds like you're encountering a temporary issue with the Azure Cloud Shell service.

Here are a few steps to help resolve this problem:

1.Could you kindly visit the https://status.azure.com/ page to check if there are any ongoing issues with the Cloud Shell service in your region!

2.It seems the service is temporarily unavailable. Could you please try accessing the Cloud Shell again after some time?

3.Could you please try using Cloud Shell in a different region? Sometimes, specific regions might experience issues.

4.Please clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then try accessing Cloud Shell again. If the issue persists, try using a different browser or device to rule out any local problems.

5.Please ensure that your Azure subscription is active and that you have the necessary permissions to create and manage resources.

6.If the Cloud Shell is unavailable, please consider installing the Azure CLI on your local machine by following the official installation guide for your OS.

Alternatively, you can use the built-in CLI in the Azure Portal or execute commands through the Azure Portal interface.

7.Please follow the Cloud Shell Troubleshooting guide provided by Microsoft for detailed steps and support options. Additionally, please check your subscription to ensure it hasn't reached any limits or quotas that could prevent Cloud Shell from provisioning.

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the issue and gain a better understanding of the underlying problem to seek the appropriate support.

Just now, we attempted from our end again, and everything appears to be working fine. Please see the screenshot provided for reference.
