Try installing the OneDrive client on your computer (for Windows or macOS) and sign in with the link that's shared with you. Typically, once you authorize access, the OneDrive client attempts to sync the entire folder. However, please note that for a large number of files, this can take a long time and may be subject to sync limitations.
If syncing doesn't start immediately, you can try manually adding a shared folder as a new location in the OneDrive client.
