Hi @IRO Salud
Welcome to our forum!
I am reaching out from IRO Salud regarding an issue with our automated emails, sent via make.com, being marked as spam. This issue is significantly impacting our communication.
Do you mean that you use a third-party program to automatically send emails and are identified as spam?
Outlook’s filtering mechanisms analyze incoming and outgoing emails based on various criteria such as sender reputation, content, and user behavior to determine whether they are likely to be spam. To manage spam settings, refer to: Block or unblock senders in Outlook.
Could you advise on whether this could be related to our HTML email structure?
The issue of automated emails being marked as spam can indeed be related to the HTML structure used in Outlook emails.
The overall content and structure of an email, including the use of certain keywords, the ratio of text to images, and the use of certain HTML tags, can affect spam filtering algorithms. In addition, the script code or URL in the body of the email can also be affected.
