Hi Team,
I am unable to log in on a virtual machine, it shows every time the login fails. I tried to reset the VM password many times and also rebooted the VM. but the issue is not resolved. it shows every time the login fails. please suggest.

1.Check if RDP port is allowed in NSG (3389).
2.In the Azure portal by going to the Virtual Machine, then VM > Settings > Properties > Agent status. If the VM agent is running healthy.
use the below steps remote-tools-troubleshoot-azure-vm-issues
- If your VM doesn’t have an agent running, you can follow the steps in Reset local Windows password for Azure VM offline. for Azure VM offline.
