How to change default font for all M365 apps

Question

I am looking for a way to change the default font for all Microsoft Office applications on all devices. All of my devices are Azure AD joined and Intune-managed, and I need to set the font back to Calibri, as it was before Microsoft changed to Aptos. I see that under Intune > Apps > Policies for Office apps there is only an option to set the default fonts for OneNote and Excel app, but not for the rest of the applications. Is there a quick way to make a change for all Office applications?

Based on my research, you may follow the steps (File>Options>Mail>Stationery and Fonts>Personal Stationery) to set your default font in Outlook Desktop Client. And you could follow the article to set the default font for Word and PowerPoint. However, I cannot find a way to set up all M365 apps at once, please kindly understand that the Outlook tag here we are more relevant to general issues about Outlook desktop client.
