From the screenshots you provided, it seems that you get the Error: "Invalid command line argument. Consult the Windows Installer SDK for detailed command line help".
This may be due to the MSI incomplete install. Please check out this article, hope this can help you well and ensure the specified instance has been installed.
You can try to Repair a Failed SQL Server Installation.
In addition, you can try to reinstall SQL Server. I get the useful thread from Erland; it explains the steps in detail.
NOTE: We cannot rely on the old thread, the cause of the issue is different. Could you please post the detailed logs here to better help us narrow down the issue? We will locate the issue accurately and offer your more help!
