Hi,

I just purchased a license for ESU to up date my phsical and 2 virtual Server 2012 R2 servers with ESU. The connection to Azure Arc works fine and the updates show up, however installing the fails on all 3 resulting in a roll-back after reboot with error code 0x800F0922. How do I trouble shoot?

Casper.

Hi, you onboarded the VMs to Arc, created the ESU license and assigned to those machines?

After this if everything is ok machine should start getting Critical updates (if present) from whatever method you are using, Sccm or Wsus

@Casper Budtz-Jørgensen were you able to fix the issue?

I have the same situation onboarded several Windows Server 2012 R2 servers into Azure Arc, license enabled and windows update are showing available patches. The network requirements in this article are met: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-arc/servers/network-requirements?tabs=azure-cloud

@Alan La Pietra (CSA) Can you escalate or connect this issue with a soultion? Thanks
