My Copilot chatbot is picking data from Excel knowledge resource

Question

My Copilot chatbot is not picking data from Excel knowledge resource. I have uploaded an excel sheet in the 'Add Knowledge' section. I try to ask questions based on the excel data, but it always says 'I’m sorry, I’m not sure how to help with that. Can you try rephrasing?' I tried many prompts but still the same result.
