Azure test Migration, leave as is and make Prod

Question

Testing Azure migration. The Azure Migrated test VM's have been tested and the changes needed have been made to make it work.

The Dev's just want to leave the VM's and just make them prod. Don't need data from the real ones on-prem. How can I make these prod/stay and get rid the azure migration stuff?

It's generally not recommended as test VMs might have configurations specific to the testing environment. A full migration allows for a clean production setup.
