Azure service Health and Azure advisor - workbook - service retirment not aligned + need to access using api

Hello,

the Azure advisor service retirment workbook show that 2 services will be retired, that is correct.

When I look to Azure service Health, advisories - it shows none. Is that a normal case ?

Initially, I'm simply looking to get programmatically the list of my resource that are impacted by a future service retirement. What is the correct workfkow for that ?

Please note that I get a look to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1432145/how-to-pull-azure-advisor-service-retirement-json, however when I target the api to list recommendations of the subscription that contain the service that will be retired, I didn't get the recommendation related to any service retirement.

forget to indicate that I get a look on the query that provide the result for service retirment. However this one looks hardcoded to find service that will be retired based on specific types of azure ressources.

So that's the reason why I request the correct workflow.
