Are licenses are mandatory for users to access Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) sessions. Even if the host pool is configured as Azure AD joined, users need to have the appropriate licenses assigned to their accounts to use AVD? Given that the host pool is Azure AD joined and users are able to log in with local accounts but not with their Azure AD (Entra ID) accounts and getting sign in error
